Who we are
Ceramics and cooking: two living arts that transform when combined with fire
Ceramics is the art of the earth, as well as of fire. The long hours of work transform the properties of the clay and infuse it with its character; just as in cooking, fire transforms the products that grow in nature into different things full of smell, taste and different textures.
SILVIA PARICIO:
entrepreneur, mother.
My professional experience has always been linked to positions of responsibility in the business world, but motherhood and the death of one of the most important people in my life changed my priorities.
I learned the true meaning of the here and now, and to enjoy every moment.
I left my professional past behind and turned to enjoying motherhood while working in the family business.
I suffered from endometriosis for 30 years and was only diagnosed 4 years ago. As this disease was progressing silently, it affected another organ, so the last few years I endured daily pain, not allowing me to have a good quality of life.
I decided to transform my diet and began to enjoy cooking and its benefits.
During the pandemic I discovered what today is one of my great passions: ceramics. I dream and think about each piece of the collection, creating the pieces one by one in a handmade way.
In the art of cooking and ceramics I have found the balance and I want to share it with all of you!

Photography as a focal point both in my life and professionally. To give life to all those handcrafted pieces in a digital way.
Commitment to the
research of the
endometriosis
In search of solutions to some incapacitating pains, I changed my diet and that was the beginning of my project: The Healthy Ceramic.
Endometriosis is a disease that affects 1 in 10 women, but as has been the case throughout history, it has not been sufficiently researched because it does not affect men. Although it is treatable, there is no cure because insufficient funds are allocated for research.
I want to give visibility to the disease I have suffered for 30 years and raise funds for research.
For each healthy dish purchased, I will make a contribution to the endometriosis research team at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, led by Dr. Francisco Carmona.
With your purchase you contribute to research
For each healthy dish purchased, I will make a contribution to the endometriosis research team at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, led by Dr. Francisco Carmona.
Dr. Francisco Carmona is the national reference in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and other benign gynecological pathologies, including myomas and ovarian diseases. He is a full professor at the University of Barcelona and head of the Gynecology Department at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona.
The contribution I will make for each plate sold corresponds to 0,30€ and I provide you with an access where you can make donations on a personal level for this wonderful team.
Endometriosis and oxidative stress
Endometriosis has a direct relationship with oxidative stress. An anti-inflammatory and antioxidant diet can improve symptoms.
Recommended foods:
Rich in Omega3, such as oily fish (salmon, sardines, anchovies, tuna…), olive oil, nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, gluten-free whole grains, legumes.
Some seasonings and spices such as lemon, garlic, cinnamon, turmeric and aromatic herbs.
Foods to moderate:
Precooked food, poultry, fish, red meat, milk and dairy products and refined carbohydrates.
But it is important to understand that the treatment must be individualized for each woman, so we recommend seeing a specialized nutritionist/dietician.
