What is the Energy Plate Method?

If we believe that everything is energy, including ourselves, HEALTHY CERAMIC presents a line of ceramics with proportions that respond to this energetic balance.

It acts as an engine to warm the body and prepare it for food intake.
It is not always mandatory to start a main meal with a soup or cream starter, but it is important to keep it in mind.
The purpose of the soup or cream is to provide extra minerals; it replenishes our mineral reserve.

35% protein
In this proportion of the dish, legumes, vegetable protein (tofu, tempeh or seitan) or fish will be introduced.
25% of whole grains + seeds / nuts
In this proportion of the dish, whole grains (rice, quinoa, oats, millet, buckwheat, barley,…) will be introduced with seeds and nuts.
18% green leafy vegetables
In this proportion of the dish, green leafy vegetables will be introduced: green beans, broccoli, borage, lettuce, leek, celery,…
18% root/round vegetables
In this proportion of the dish, root and round vegetables will be introduced: cauliflower, carrots, beets, pumpkin, zucchini, …
4% algae and fermented products
In this proportion of the dish sea vegetables (seaweed) will be introduced: It is the ideal way for our body to obtain the essential minerals it needs. Recommended serving: 2 tablespoons per person per day. Seaweed is taken at breakfast or lunch, never at dinner.
Sauerkraut/Pickles: One tablespoon per person per day.

The Healthy Energy Plate should be used for the two main meals of the day (midday and evening).

And although the accuracy of the proportions will depend on the person: context, age or activity; a growing child is not the same as an elderly person or a pregnant woman, if your work is more or less physical, if the person is athletic or sedentary, if the person has any disease,…
The proportions presented would be the most representative of a balanced main meal.

Comparing both healthy food dishes, in this case, fruit does not appear as one of the energy proportions. The reason is that this discipline leaves fruits for snacks, since it is considered that eating fruit after eating makes it ferment and causes bloating and intestinal discomfort.

The aim is to reduce the consumption of animal products and to promote the consumption of organic, local and seasonal products.
